The Diabetes Education Centre provides free individual counselling and group education classes for people with diabetes and pre-diabetes. Caregivers and family members are encouraged to come along. A registered nurse and registered dietitian facilitate the classes and provide individual counselling.

Managing diabetes is different for everyone. We will work with you to manage your diabetes in ways that fit into your life.
No matter where you live, you are welcome at our centre. We offer free interpretation for appointments in most languages. If you are interested in coming to our centre, you can call and book your own appointment at (416) 7871676 ext 301.
A doctor’s referral is not necessary, but if you wish to take a referral form to your doctor, click here (insert link to referral form).
